Silverado Resort in Napa Valley seeks a Director of Operations to lead hotel operations across Rooms Division, Concierge, PBX, Housekeeping, Engineering as well as Condo Owner Relations, Safety and Spa. This role provides leadership to department heads and drives profitability of resort operations.
You will manage budgets, forecasts, and capital plans while monitoring guest satisfaction and brand standards to maximize revenue and deliver exceptional experiences.
Position Summary - Salary Range $160,000 - $180,000 DOE
