The Dextro Hotel, part of BW Premier Collection, is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee all financial activities, controls, reports, and strategic financial input for the property in Downtown/Little Italy, San Diego. You will lead payroll, audits, and budgeting with department heads, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial operations.

Experience in hotel accounting, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel accounting functions.
• Strong business communication skills, verbal and written.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Ability to maintain calm in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Night Audit, and Payroll.
• Maintain proper controls to maximize profits and minimize losses.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and reported to management.
• Prepare accurate financial reports in a timely manner.
• Oversee budget preparation with department heads.
• Lead payroll processing and related reporting.
