Job summary

Union Square Hospitality Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across operations, onboarding, compliance, benefits and employee relations. This role will partner with restaurant leaders to ensure staffing, payroll accuracy and policy adherence while embodying USHG’s Enlightened Hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience with 2+ years in a managerial support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IO psychology, or related field.
• SHRM/SPHR a plus and strong knowledge of employment law.
• Proven ability to train, coach and advise across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide full scale HR support for multiple restaurants including recruiting, onboarding and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Partner with leadership on payroll, benefits, and HR programs.
• Educate managers on HR initiatives, policies and SOPs.
• Maintain confidentiality and exemplify USHG family values.
