Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CHESP/CHHE or other industry credentials encouraged.
• Progressive leadership in environmental services or similar.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for environmental services including housekeeping and waste management.
• Drive performance standards, staffing, budgeting, and service excellence.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to improve patient outcomes and experience.
• Lead infection prevention initiatives and regulatory compliance programs.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-containment where appropriate.
