Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; master’s preferred.
• CHESP or CHHE certifications are recognized.
• 7-10 years of progressive Environmental Services leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience with staffing, budgets, and operations.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for environmental services.
• Develop and implement departmental goals, policies, and performance standards.
