Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, or related field.
• MBA preferred; extensive experience may substitute for formal education.
• FHFMA or CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activities of the hospital, including accounting, budgeting, reimbursement and treasury.
• Direct financial reporting, cost control and cash flow management for accuracy and timeliness.
• Evaluate vendor contracts and managed care agreements for financial impact and viability.
• Lead long-range financial planning, capital investments and major project funding.
• Coordinate compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure proper reimbursement.
