Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise clinical and non-clinical services in a home health setting. The role requires a valid RN license, CPR certification, and prior home health supervision experience.

Strong MS Office skills and bilingual abilities are a plus. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of nursing experience, including 2 years in home health, with knowledge of federal and state laws governing home care.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with state license and CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience within the last 36 months; at least one year in home health.
• Experience in managing clinical services and supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local home health regulations.
• Strong technology skills including MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical and non-clinical services, and manage operations.
• Oversee personnel and office operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with patients, families and care teams to optimize outcomes.
