Qualifications

• The VPBF/CFO must have at least ten years of progressively increasing experience in finance and administration.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to engage with a diverse campus community.
• Experience with board governance and enterprise risk management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise finance, facilities, risk, procurement, and investments functions.
• Partner with President and Provost to align resources with strategic priorities.
• Develop financial models for sustainability and growth.
• Provide clear communication to the board of trustees and campus stakeholders.
• Drive revenue opportunities and budget processes to support student experience.
