The ideal candidate will hold a PEL with General Administrative or Principal Endorsement and a Master's in educational leadership, plus 3+ years of secondary admin and teaching experience. Strong communication and data-analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• PEL with admin or principal endorsement required.
• Master's degree in educational leadership required.
• Minimum 3 years of secondary admin and supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years of secondary teaching experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use district technology for communication, collaboration, data analysis, and leadership.
