Job summary

B&B Concrete seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead heavy civil DOT road and bridge programs in the Atlanta area. You’ll own project performance, coordinate with superintendents, manage costs, schedules, and subcontractor contracts, and serve as the primary liaison with owners and engineers.

You bring hands-on, builder-minded problem solving, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership. You’ll partner with field teams to keep work moving safely and efficiently while communicating

Responsibilities

• Project Performance: Manage cost, schedule, and overall project success.
• Execution: Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Financials: Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Scheduling: Keep projects on track—align crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
• Contracts: Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Problem Solving: Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Relationships: Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
