Job summary

RevSpring seeks an experienced Contract Attorney to support and accelerate our commercial contracting function. This role drafts, reviews, and negotiates a wide range of sales-related agreements for healthcare technology and RCM solutions, providing legal support to Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations.

You will help balance legal risk with business objectives while ensuring HIPAA, data privacy, and healthcare regulations are followed across SaaS and RCM service delivery.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active U.S. license.
• 5+ years of legal experience in healthcare, SaaS, or health IT.
• Proven track record drafting and negotiating healthcare-related sales agreements.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy/security, and healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of SaaS, MSA, BAAs, NDAs, and data security addenda.
• Support Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations on healthcare and RCM deals.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA/HITECH, TCPA, FDCPA, and state privacy laws.
• Advise on contract structure, terms, risks, and negotiation strategy.
• Collaborate with Compliance, InfoSec, Product, Finance, and Ops on data usage and SLAs.
• Maintain templates, playbooks, and clause libraries for Healthcare SaaS/RCM.
