Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-bar legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Experience drafting and negotiating large complex transactions.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement arrangements and payment models.

Responsibilities

• Proactively provide legal counsel and transaction support on strategic and commercial deals, including insurance reimbursement arrangements.
• Coordinate with Legal colleagues to provide broadly scoped legal advice to clients.
• Advise clients on regulatory obligations and limitations to inform decision-making and execution.
• Collaborate with Legal and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, clear, pragmatic, solutions-oriented advice.
