• Proactively provide legal counsel and transaction support on strategic and commercial deals, including insurance reimbursement arrangements.
• Coordinate with Legal colleagues to provide clients with broadly scoped legal advice.
• Advise clients on regulatory obligations and limitations to inform decision making and execution.
• Collaborate with Legal and cross-functional colleagues to deliver timely, clear and pragmatic advice.
