Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a project manager role and/or in a project leadership role.
• Preferred: Health Care Insurance industry knowledge.
• Experience with an industry standard software development lifecycle.
• PMP certification or equivalent training (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Drive program strategy and maintain cross-functional roadmap.
• Assemble project teams and lead PMs to deliver comprehensive plans.
• Collaborate with executives to achieve program objectives and understand business goals.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and budget; take corrective actions as needed.
• Deliver presentations on program status to communicate progress throughout the lifecycle.
• Adhere to project management methods and contribute to method improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
