Health Plan of San Joaquin (HPSJ) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial activities, drive budgeting, reporting, risk assessment, and internal controls while partnering with the CEO and board to advance organizational objectives.

Remote role requiring residence in California; the CFO will oversee GAAP adherence, government contracts, cash flow management, audits, and strategic financial planning, ensuring fiscal integrity and compliant performance in a complex managed care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics or business administration.
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit finance.
• Experience with budgeting, audits, and financial reporting.
