Job summary

Tribal Health seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership across budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and revenue cycle management. You will oversee annual budgets, long-term financial plans, and capital allocation while guiding financial analytics and dashboards for data-driven decisions.

The role partners with executive leadership and regulatory bodies, ensuring GAAP compliance, internal controls, and robust financial reporting in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance and/or Accounting required.
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare financial leadership experience.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience.
• Experience with strategic planning, long-range forecasting, and capital allocation.
• Experience with finance/accounting software and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle management.
• Develop and oversee annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Lead 35 year financial planning, scenario planning, and capital allocation.
• Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to executive leadership.
• Develop financial analytics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate financial implications of strategic initiatives and regulatory requirements.
