Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate all safety and health-related activities for the facility.
Develop and implement policies to identify/mitigate hazardous conditions.
Identify potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, and working conditions.
Investigate accidents and liaise with engineers, management and regulators to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
Provide advice and training on safety protocols and conduct audits to ensure compliance.
Maintain and analyze records of injuries, illnesses, and absences for regulatory reporting.
