The role emphasizes collaboration across departments and alignment with corporate risk tolerance. The successful candidate will balance legal risk with business goals, draft and negotiate complex agreements, and oversee regulatory matters.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar (NYSB).
• Five+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Prior legal experience in health care/health insurance preferred; knowledge of relevant laws.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; diligent and accountable.
