Job summary

Corporate One Federal Credit Union in Columbus, OH is seeking a seasoned Business Development and Relationship Executive to advise credit union leaders across a multi-state territory. You will align our payment, digital, and correspondent banking solutions to help members grow and operate efficiently.

The role splits time between deepening existing relationships and winning new business, with travel around 60% across the U.S. The compensation target ranges up to $160,000 annually, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial industry sales.
• Experience with selling to credit unions and technology products is a plus.
• Strong selling and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of correspondent banking and payment products is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with credit union executives and key decision-makers.
• Serve as a strategic advisor by understanding each credit union's business objectives and recommending solutions to support growth and operational excellence.
• Expand existing relationships by identifying opportunities across our suite of payment, digital, and correspondent banking products and services.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
• Deliver compelling presentations and consultative sales discussions with executive leadership teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful implementation of solutions.
• Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, payment innovations, and competitive developments.
