Heartflow is seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategy, to partner with executive leadership to shape enterprise strategy, assess markets, and translate strategy into the long-range plan. You will drive high-priority initiatives that span functions and require rigorous analytics, strategic judgment, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• MBA from an accredited program is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of combined pre- and post-MBA experience in corporate strategy or related analytical roles.
• Track record of leading enterprise strategy and portfolio initiatives from analysis to execution.
• Experience in medical device or healthcare technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Strategy & Long-Range Planning: shape enterprise strategy and long-range plan with Finance.
• Market, Portfolio & Adjacency Strategy: identify where Heartflow should play next and size opportunities.
• Strategic Opportunity Assessment: frame high-stakes questions using research, analysis, and financial modeling.
• Priority Strategic Initiatives: lead enterprise-wide initiatives from definition to measurable outcomes.
• Resource Allocation & Investment Prioritization: evaluate capital uses and prioritize investments.
