SERHANT. is hiring a Strategic Growth Manager focused on recruiting top-performing real estate agents. You will source, engage, and onboard talent, building a strong pipeline across markets and aligning recruiting with growth objectives.

The role requires deep market knowledge, exceptional communication, and a hybrid work setup with on-site recruiting. Expect a performance-driven environment with commission-based incentives and opportunities to shape SERHANT.'s recruiting strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent Recruiter with sourcing and selecting professionals and meeting/exceeding goals.
  • Deep knowledge of the real estate market, including neighborhoods, property types, and dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of real estate agent qualifications, licensing requirements, and industry-specific skills.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with agents and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates at all levels.
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid capacity, including on-site visits and in-person recruiting.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Recruiting & Business Development: develop and execute recruiting strategies for market growth.
  • Identify, engage, and recruit top-producing agents, luxury specialists, and high-performing teams.
  • Build and maintain an executive-level pipeline of prospective recruits across markets.
  • Create personalized recruiting strategies based on agents' goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor through outreach to onboarding.
  • Market Leadership: analyze local trends, brokerage movement, and competitive intelligence.
  • Recommend expansion strategies based on data and insights.
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize recruiting efforts.
  • Represent SERHANT. as a brand ambassador.
  • Relationship Management: build lasting relationships with agents, team leaders, brokers, and partners.
  • Maintain regular communication with recruits and nurture relationships.
  • Develop referral networks for high-quality opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Learning & Development.
  • Provide recruiting forecasts and market intelligence to executives.
  • Recruiting Operations: maintain pipeline metrics and forecasting; using CRM and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, policies, and processes.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Growth Manager to join our team and specialize in sourcing and selecting top-performing real estate agents. As a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented agents who can thrive in the competitive real estate industry. Your primary responsibility will be to build a pipeline of skilled agents and assist in expanding our team's presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and a passion for connecting with exceptional real estate professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and Learning & Development to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop recruiting campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Provide recruiting forecasts, pipeline reporting, and market intelligence to executive leadership.

  • Maintain accurate recruiting pipeline metrics and forecasting.
  • Utilize CRM and recruiting technology to manage candidate relationships and measure recruiting effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable licensing requirements, company policies, and recruiting processes.

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $100,000.00 USD. This role is eligible to earn additional compensation through a commission-based incentive plan.

Your Location

This position is hybrid eligible for candidates based in Washington DC, Maryland, or Virginia. The role may include occasional work at additional SERHANT. offices or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Candidates must live within the United States.
