• Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams, expanding our presence within your market.
• Position our value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative and relationship-driven process.
• Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence.

How You’ll Be Measured

This is a quota carrying role measured by revenue attainment. Deal sizes range from $75K to $5M+ with an average 30‑day sales cycle. Revenue is measured by agent, team and brokerage production volume.

Location

Based in our Bellevue, WA office, this onsite, market‑facing role will have you engaging clients in the field while collaborating in person with local teams and agents.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 annually, with a target bonus of $30,000-$60,000 and uncapped bonus potential. We provide a full range of benefits and compensation may include equity. Base pay is based on market location.
