As our Senior Corporate Development & Strategy Associate, you will work directly with our CEO and COO on decisions shaping where RapidSOS goes next, spanning fundraising, M&A, partnerships, and new verticals.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant investment banking or similar experience.
• Hands-on experience with three-statement modeling and key SaaS metrics.
• Analytical skills with polished visual, written, and oral presentation abilities.
• Ability to distill complex analysis into a clear story for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own growth model with revenue levers, SaaS metrics, and board reporting.
• Build models and business cases for M&A, partnerships, and new product opportunities.
• Lead diligence and use AI to accelerate initial data room review.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations on go-to-market and verticals.
• Support leadership on high-priority opportunities with prepared materials.
• Create executive- and board-ready analyses and presentations.
