Hotwire Communications seeks a Corporate Development and Strategy Associate to identify, evaluate, and execute growth opportunities including M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. You will model and value live transactions and partner with leadership to drive company growth.

This role requires strong financial modeling, market analysis, and the ability to present insights to senior leaders. You will work across Finance, Operations, and Strategy to advance initiatives and optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CFA preferred.
• 3–6 years in investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate development, private equity, or related analytics.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation experience.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analytics/AI tools (e.g., Python) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize investment and strategic opportunities through financial and market analysis.
• Generate data-driven insights to inform growth strategy across markets.
• Develop and enhance complex financial models for acquisitions, divestitures, and ventures.
• Prepare materials for executive leadership and investment committees.
• Conduct market trend, competitive, and strategic opportunity research.
• Lead and support live transactions including M&A and strategic investments.
• Perform valuation analyses: comparables, precedent transactions, DCF, and LBO.
• Develop diligence frameworks and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Draft executive presentations and investment memoranda.
• Drive strategic projects across teams and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics with Operations and Finance to drive initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices.
