Job summary

Hotwire Communications, LTD is seeking a Corporate Development and Strategy Associate in Atlanta to identify and execute growth opportunities. You will build and manage sophisticated financial models, evaluate M&A, JVs, and strategic investments, and prepare materials for executives and investment committees.

You will work with Corporate Development leadership and the executive team to drive growth across markets, collaborating with Operations and Finance to improve business outcomes and lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required; CFA preferred.
• 3–6 years in investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate development, private equity or related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analytics and AI tools (e.g., Claude, Python) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic opportunities through rigorous financial and market analysis.
• Develop, own, and enhance complex financial models for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
• Prepare materials for executive leadership, investment committees, and external stakeholders.
• Lead due diligence processes and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft investment memoranda and refine executive-level presentations.
