Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Strategy Senior Manager to join the Corporate Strategy and Competitive Intelligence team. You will drive development and execution of strategic initiatives, aligning with corporate goals and working closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities and analyze market trends.

You will lead cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive execution of strategic projects, while developing actionable plans and rigorous financial models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in a relevant field, or 6–8 years with a Master’s degree.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics for informed decision-making and distill into clear recommendations.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive results.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
