Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio performance to identify root causes, quantify opportunities, and develop growth strategies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Content, Data, Finance, and Partner teams to align around priorities and drive results.
• Design and execute experiments, operating mechanisms, and performance reviews to accelerate learning and decision-making.
• Prioritize growth opportunities by impact, effort, timing, confidence, and strategic fit to maximize portfolio performance.
• Balance short-term revenue opportunities with long-term category growth and learner value.
