Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of problem-solving experience in top strategy environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Interpersonal leadership and influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives to resolve problems identified by senior leaders, incl. growth strategies and new markets.
• Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to top strategic priorities.
• Gather, analyze and present project data (e.g., financial modeling, valuation).
• Execute analyses and provide insight to inform recommendations.
• Perform competitor/industry research using public and non-public sources.
• Develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Monitor industry trends and share insights with the team and senior executives.
