Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate business development across the organization.
• Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with objectives.
• Build and maintain client relationships with strategic partners.
• Oversee CRM utilization and BD tracking initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams on proposals and pursuits.
• Guide pursuit teams through go/no-go decisions and win strategy.
• Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings.
• Travel as needed to support BD activities.
