Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial modeling software.
• Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures is a plus.
