Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a strategic designer in San Bruno to shape brand aesthetics and end-to-end customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into world-class digital assets and cohesive brand systems.

The role requires 3+ years of web design experience, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional web design experience in-house or dynamic creative env.
• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, typography and color theory; After Effects bonus.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design strategy and high-impact campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Design/Marketing/Advertising/Fine Arts with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect creative assets and digital collateral across site, email, and marketing channels.
• Partner with cross-functional peers and senior management for strategic alignment of design programs.
• Execute diverse omnichannel projects under tight timelines to elevate visual identity.
• Foster collaborative relationships to advocate design decisions and drive innovation.
