Job summary

The Research Foundation of the City University of New York (RFCUNY) seeks a Grants and Sponsored Programs Administrator at LaGuardia Community College to support PIs and PDs in managing sponsored projects. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will review sponsor guidelines, budgets, agreements, and ensure compliance while coordinating with RFCUNY systems.

Strong communication, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years' related experience.
• Experience supporting grants and sponsored programs.
• Clear communicator with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Cayuse or similar eRA systems.

Responsibilities

• Review sponsor guidelines, compile documents, edit narratives, and submit proposals and reports.
• Review grant budgets for allowability and compliance with sponsor guidelines.
• Monitor sponsored program activity and assist with spending and cost-sharing where appropriate.
• Assist PIs with procurement, HR processes, and vendor/ICA agreements.
• Compile data for institutional and sponsor reporting and provide system training.
