The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) seeks a Senior Manager, Program Administration to join the Research Program team in New York City. The role focuses on developing and implementing initiative and program awards, and managing grant lifecycle processes, including pre- and post-award administration.
This full-time, onsite position requires at least 5 years in program administration, strong communication, and proficiency with ProposalCentral and Microsoft Office.

Lauder, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation is the largest private funder of breast cancer research in the world. By investing in the best minds in science to examine every aspect of the disease from prevention to metastasis—and fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration—BCRF is accelerating the entire field and moves us closer to the answers we urgently need to end breast cancer.
Reporting to the Managing Director, Research Program, the Senior Manager, Program Administration will join the Research team. The Program Administrator will work closely with Research Program directors in the development and implementation of a portfolio of initiative and program awards, in the administration of those awards, and in the administration of a portfolio of Annual Awards. Responsibilities include program announcements and RFAs, program metrics and reports, steering/review committee scheduling and meeting minutes, application and review, pre- and post-award grant administration, and scientific grants administration.
This position is based in New York, New York. BCRF currently requires staff to work onsite a minimum of three days per week.
You are motivated and driven, as demonstrated by a willingness and enthusiasm to identify and undertake new challenges that contribute to program innovation and/or efficiency. You have a verifiable history of being able to work collegially in a cross-functional and collaborative environment but are comfortable working independently. You have a passion for the mission and work of BCRF.

Some participation in events beyond normal office hours, which are scheduled in advance, and occasional domestic travel for training purposes.
