Aiken Technical College is seeking a Grants Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of grants, including pre-award and post-award processes. The role coordinates applications, ensures compliance with funding requirements, and oversees financial and administrative aspects of grants.

The position requires collaboration with faculty, staff, and funding agencies to secure and manage grant objectives and funds, reporting to the Vice President of Academic Affairs and Workforce Innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; business, personnel, grant-in-aid, or public administration work experience preferred.
• Three years of grant administration experience preferred; pre-award and post-award processes advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identifies grant opportunities, develops proposals, writes narratives, submits grants aligned with the college mission.
• Oversees compliance, monitors expenditures, and ensures grant activities comply with funding agency regulations.
• Serves as primary liaison with funding agencies and coordinates with internal departments for grant administration.
