Job summary

The County of Lancaster seeks a Strategic Funding & Grants Coordinator to lead grant development, manage a County-wide grants program, and ensure compliance across departments.

You will identify funding opportunities, assemble compelling applications, monitor budgets and performance metrics, and collaborate with public safety and technology teams to align funding with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and three years in grants management or related areas.
• Preferred Government grants management experience and multi-department coordination.
• Certification and background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate strategic funding and grant applications.
• Ensure compliance, budgets, reporting, and performance measures.
• Coordinate cross-department grants management and stakeholder engagement.
• Support enterprise initiatives in public safety technology and modernization.
