Job summary

MANNA FoodBank seeks a Grants and Compliance Manager to sustain and grow an institutional funding portfolio of about $5.5M annually. You will lead the full grant lifecycle from prospecting through proposal development, compliance, reporting, renewal, and closeout, collaborating with program staff and finance.

The role requires exceptional writing, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships with funders and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in institutional giving or related nonprofit field.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Proven success securing large institutional funding.
• Experience identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full grant lifecycle from prospecting to closeout for a $5.5M portfolio.
• Write and manage complex proposals, LOIs, renewals, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with funder terms and prepare narratives and budgets with Finance.
