Responsibilities

• Analyze data to assess program effectiveness.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure contract requirements are met and changes are managed.
• Coach team on processes and standards (CMMI/AIMM).
• Coordinate with team to gather and validate data.
• Communicate status to customers and implement changes.
• Track financials, invoices, forecasting.
