Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement statistical analyses, cost estimates, and reports.
• Conduct fact-finding for special projects and respond to inquiries.
• Present briefings to USCIS management officials.
• Prepare SOPs and revisions.
• Inform the Government on significant issues and corrective actions.
• Identify and recommend new approaches for quality and cost improvement.
