Job summary

Axiom is seeking experienced Government Contract Attorneys to support Fortune 500 and leading clients across federal, state, and local procurement. You will advise on contract formation, performance, and disputes, with deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years advising on federal, state, and/or local government contracts, procurement, or related regulatory matters.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and/or state and local procurement requirements.
• Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on government contracting matters, including contract formation, negotiation, performance, administration, and termination.
• Assist clients in navigating procurement processes, including RFPs, bid preparation and submission, bid protests, and contract disputes.
• Provide legal counsel on government contracts compliance, including FAR, DFARS, applicable state and local regulations, certifications, reporting requirements, and procurement policies.
• Support clients in identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks arising throughout the government contracting lifecycle.
