Job summary

Axiom is seeking Government Contract Attorneys to support Fortune 500 and leading clients with government contracting matters, including contract formation, negotiation, performance, and termination.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, active U.S. bar license, and can navigate federal, state, and local procurement processes, including RFPs and bid protests. Compensation reflects role and location, with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience advising on federal, state, and/or local government contracts, procurement, or related regulatory matters.
• Knowledge of applicable government contracting laws and regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and/or state and local procurement requirements.
• Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on government contracting matters, including contract formation, negotiation, performance, administration, and termination.
• Assist clients in navigating federal, state, and local government procurement processes, including RFPs, bid preparation and submission, bid protests, and contract disputes.
• Provide legal counsel on government contracts compliance, including FAR, DFARS, applicable state and local regulations, certifications, reporting requirements, and procurement policies.
• Support clients in identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks arising throughout the government contracting lifecycle.
