Job summary

Neo4j is seeking a Global Tax and Treasury Senior Manager to build the tax and treasury function for a global, high‑growth enterprise software company. This is a hands‑on role with end‑to‑end responsibility for global tax compliance and planning, cash and liquidity management, banking, and the processes and controls needed to support Neo4j's continued international growth.

The role will partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external advisors across Neo4j's global operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive tax experience with treasury exposure.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate and multi-state taxation, ASC 740.
• Experience with cross-border taxation for software/SaaS businesses.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to build scalable, audit-ready tax processes.

Responsibilities

• Own global tax compliance calendar across jurisdictions.
• Lead income tax provision process under ASC 740.
• Manage transfer pricing policies and intercompany documentation.
• Oversee treasury operations: cash management, banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Legal on processes.
