Job summary

Neo4j, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Tax and Treasury to own the tax and treasury function for a global, high-growth software company.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for global tax compliance and planning, cash and liquidity management. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external advisors; lead ASC 740 provisions, transfer pricing, and indirect tax strategy; manage bank relationships, debt, FX, intercompany funding, and equity

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive tax experience with treasury exposure.
CPA or advanced degree in taxation preferred.
Experience with ASC 740 and transfer pricing.
Experience in multinational software companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own global tax compliance calendar and filings for US and international taxes.
Lead ASC 740 tax provision, including deferred taxes and tax audits.
Manage transfer pricing policies and intercompany documentation.
Oversee indirect tax for software subscriptions, cloud services, and marketplace transactions.
Oversee treasury operations: cash management, FX, debt, and intercompany funding.
Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external advisors.
