The role focuses on managing PCBAs, contract manufacturers, supplier negotiations, and global supply chain operations to support high-mix, low-volume manufacturing while balancing cost, quality, and lead times.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in supply chain, procurement, or operations in high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong experience with PCBAs, electronics components, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Proven supplier negotiations and global contract-manufacturing management.
• Experience supporting high-mix, low-volume production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, planning, sourcing, warehouse operations, supplier management and contract manufacturing.
• Develop scalable supply chain strategies to support production, NPI, and customer delivery.
• Manage domestic and international contract manufacturers and key suppliers.
• Drive cost reductions while ensuring quality, lead times, and capacity planning.
