Job summary

You will lead strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract negotiations to strengthen our supply base and reduce risk. This role collaborates with engineering, planning, production, and quality to translate forecasts into procurement plans and drive cost reductions while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain within manufacturing.
• Experience with precision machined components or industrial products.
• Strong supplier development and negotiation skills.
• ERP experience (SAP strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers to strengthen the supply base.
• Supplier Development: build high‑performing relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
• Contract Negotiation: lead pricing, lead‑time, payment terms and contract discussions.
• Precision Purchasing: source machined components, bearings, and assemblies.
• Performance Management: track supplier KPIs across cost, quality, and delivery.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: partner with engineering and planning to keep materials flowing.
