Job summary

Perimeter Solutions is seeking a senior procurement leader to oversee timely, cost‑effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. You will develop policies and systems to reduce costs and streamline procedures, while monitoring material availability across the supply chain.

This role coordinates global procurement efforts, works with customers and vendors to ensure policy compliance, and leads personnel to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s, or PhD without experience.

Responsibilities

• Delegates and administers the procurement functions; manages organization structure and manpower personnel necessary to accomplish objectives.
• Ensures compliance with documented procedures and defense procurement regulations.
• Responsible for the overall performance of the procurement functions and accountable for the results.
• Responsible for internal feedback, quality and accuracy of own work.
• Responsible for training of personnel for Syteline functions as well maintaining/developing Purchasing procedures/reporting in Syteline.
• Requires the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within both IMS facilities in order to achieve an optimal outcome of objective.
• Responsible for documentation retention and organization for Military/SOC audit needs.
• Participation in product line acquisition, including Purchasing Integration oversight, communication of Procurement needs, awareness of acquisition timeline.
