Ardisam Inc. seeks a data-driven Purchasing Buyer to manage a global supply chain, sourcing finished goods and service parts from overseas suppliers, primarily in China and SE Asia.

You will act as a cross-functional hub with Product Development, Sales, Customer Service, and Business Unit Managers to align manufacturing capabilities with commercial strategy and demand. Responsibilities include placing POs, managing supplier confirmations and shipping dates, analyzing forecasts, supporting quotes

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in supply chain or 3 years of experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/WMS systems.

Responsabilités

• Procure finished goods and service parts from overseas suppliers.
• Place POs and manage supplier confirmations and shipping dates.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Analyze forecasts and production schedules to support inventory.
• Support quotes, RFQs, and cost standards for budgets.
• Drive process improvements in purchasing.
• Assist with other supply chain analyses.
• Ensure on-time delivery and lean inventory.
