Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of purchasing and sourcing experience in manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certifications a plus; data analytics proficiency.
• US citizenship required; ability to obtain/maintain DOD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Category and Supplier Strategy across global sourcing initiatives; manage key supplier relationships.
• Negotiate at category and site levels; ensure compliance and optimal terms.
• Standardize sourcing processes, mitigate risk, and introduce competitive suppliers.
• Analyze performance via KPI tracking, spend analysis, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with local/global teams to align sourcing plans with budgeting and forecasting.
