Job summary

WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks a Distribution Mobility Planner to support Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM). The role coordinates end-to-end distribution and mobility planning for deployment, redeployment, sustainment, and retrograde operations, synchronizing personnel, equipment, and cargo across networks.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of logistics planning experience, holds an active Secret clearance (TS with SCI eligibility preferred), and is proficient in Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field and 5+ years in logistics planning.
• Current, active Secret security clearance; Top Secret with SCI eligibility is preferred.
• Experience coordinating complex transportation across multiple stakeholders and locations.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Professional proficiency in English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end distribution and mobility planning for deployments.
• Develop movement plans for personnel, equipment, and cargo.
• Synchronize transportation across teams, carriers, ports, and logistics partners.
• Maintain visibility of transportation capacity, lift capabilities, and routing options.
• Refine plans during execution to meet timelines and handle disruptions.
• Conduct feasibility assessments of transportation options and providers.
• Identify movement constraints and mitigation actions.
• Use planning and data tools to optimize routing and sequencing.
• Support in-transit visibility and resolve delays or exceptions.
• Prepare reports and planning updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist emergency response, surge operations, and network recovery.
