Arconic, serving Kawneer, seeks a General Counsel based in Alpharetta, GA. The role will partner with executive leadership to shape strategy, oversee commercial contracting, litigation, regulatory compliance, and IP matters while guiding risk management across the organization.

The GC will work hands-on with day-to-day legal needs and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will bring a Juris Doctor, active US license, and 15+ years of senior in-house or equivalent experience in

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 15+ years of progressive legal experience, preferably in manufacturing/building products or related industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic legal counsel to CEO, executive team, and Board.
• Oversee mergers, acquisitions, corporate transactions, and external counsel coordination.
• Manage contracts, commercial agreements, pricing and risk allocation.
• Oversee litigation, claims, product matters, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide day-to-day legal support across business units including Operations, Finance, and Sales.
