Family Office Opportunities in Dallas, TX seeks a General Counsel to serve as trusted legal advisor across the Principal's business, investments, real estate, and personal affairs. You will guide corporate governance, transactions, and regulatory matters in a lean, collaborative environment.

Formación

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership in good standing.
• 3–5 years of legal experience in top firms or in-house.
• Strong background in corporate, transactional, investment, or financial matters.
• Experience advising sophisticated financial or investment clients is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage diverse agreements including vendor and service contracts, NDAs, and employment docs.
• Support corporate governance and entity management across the investment office and affiliates.
• Assist with acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate due diligence with external counsel and advisors.
• Oversee real estate matters, leases, and related documentation.
• Serve as a legal resource across investments, operations, and personal affairs.
